The Art of the Revolution Compilation Album
The “Art of the Revolution” is a community led and politically charged album made in 2020 in response to the uprising and police misconduct, highlighting underserved voices across South Minneapolis, North Minneapolis, and Saint Paul that launched in February of 2021.
This was also part of a COVID-19 relief fund designed to help the artists featured regain finances while assisting during a revolution and uprising centered on police reform. 30% of the album proceeds go to a charitable foundation of each band’s choice and 70% goes to artists.
